US Airways publicized two European routes from Charlotte hub

US Airways will start daily, nonstop seasonal summer service among Charlotte Douglas International Airport and Madrid and Dublin in May 2011, the carrier announced today.

The new flights will complement US Airways' every day, nonstop year-round service to both destinations from Philadelphia, the airline's international gateway.

US Airways' Charlotte-Madrid service will start May 4 and run through Oct. 29. The carrier will fly the route with Boeing B767-200ER jets constructed with 18 business-class seats and 186 in coach.

The Charlotte-Dublin service runs as of May 6 through Sept. 30 and will be scheduled Boeing B757-200 jets with 12 seats in business class and 164 in coach.
